In contrast, institutions like Kardan\nUniversity embraced the challenge and turned it into an opportunity by introducing\nonline education, creative learning, and teaching methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These institutions rise to the challenges to make a place\nwithin the destruction brought about by the Coronavirus. Imagine for a second\nyou are running all your classes in person one day, and then the next day you\nare told you have to deliver all these instructions online. You need\nexceptionally bright and intelligent people to provide tremendous support and\npractical means to accomplish this vision. Ms. Meena Rahmani, Vice-Chancellor, Academic\nAffairs at Kardan University, is one of those visionary individuals who managed\nthe situation quite well. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given the critical situation, &nbsp;all undergraduate and graduate degree programs\nhad to be converted to an online format within a short period. Besides, the\nregular communications and provision of learning support to over 5000 students\nand meeting their educational expectations is overwhelming. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Rahmani, in collaboration with the University\u2019s dedicated\nteams, made sure that education is accessible to all students with practical\nsolutions for those with poor internet connectivity. The academics team\nconducted a broad range of online sessions, including daily live classes,\ndiscussion forums, virtual contests, training, workshops, lab tests, and guest\nspeaker sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carrying the title of innovation and demonstrating original\nand creative thinking in real-time are two different things.
